We also appreciated that we were not charged (or if so, not much) for minor changes and/or additions we asked for which we understand can really add up when dealing with other builders. The contractors he uses were wonderful and fun to work with as well. Lastly, we are grateful for the follow up we have received since move-in. In every new build, there are always things that need to be relooked at or tweaked. Bill and team have been very responsive to our requests to come out and address any needs we’ve had. "We built a home with Staley Construction in 2022 and had an amazing experience! The quality of work exceeded our expectations and they built us a beautiful, custom home. The Staley team is incredible to work with- I think you would be hard pressed to find an owner of a construction company as present on the homesite and in constant communication with the homeowners as much as Bill was. Then there is Bill's "right hand man" Chad who was always available to answer any questions we had and he truly cared about getting everything done correctly and on time. And then the interior design star Kelly helped us tremendously making material selections and steering us in the right direction if we were hung up on a design decision. This process can be very overwhelming but with a team like Staley Construction alot of those worries and stressors fell by the wayside for us. Building a home is a time investment and it was important to my family to choose a company that made us a priority and Staley Construction did just that.
