Bill Staley takes pride in being a small home builder that is focused on his customer’s dreams and desires. He has a reputation for being honest, trustworthy and competent. And he genuinely enjoys the process of building dream homes — especially when his clients are enjoying the process, too.

Bill’s love for home-building began in his youth. He worked construction in his younger years, then went on to receive his bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University. After 10 years as an operations manager in manufacturing, Bill returned to his own dream: building custom homes.

The owner of Staley Construction, Bill Staley, strives to build unique, personal homes that are a perfect match for each individual homeowner. By being involved in the process of building the home, from concept to completion, and by paying strict attention to every detail along the way, Bill is able to build homes that are durable, comfortable and efficient in energy and design.
